Questions
How do I find my bracelet size?
Measure your wrist just below the wrist bone with a soft tape or a strip of paper, then enter it in centimetres or inches. We recommend the smallest size that leaves about half a centimetre of ease for a comfortable fit. Men's sizes run 16–19 cm and women's 15–17 cm.
What does the price include?
The starting price covers the bracelet, its cord or leather, and the standard lock finishes. On styles that are beaded all the way round it also includes a full ring of base stones. Premium beads and some lock finishes add to the price, and the total updates as you design.
Can I change a bead after I've placed it?
Yes. Select any bead on the bracelet to move it, replace it or remove it, and undo any change. On beaded-all-round styles you can also swap the base stone that fills every position.
What happens if a bead sells out while I'm designing?
Your design is kept exactly as it is and the unavailable bead is marked so you can choose a replacement. Stock and prices are checked again when you add to your bag and before your order is placed.
Can I edit a bracelet after adding it to my bag?
Yes. Every bracelet in your bag is saved as its own design with a reference number. Choose Edit design to change it, and the bag updates with the new version.
What do the stone meanings describe?
They describe the cultural traditions associated with each stone — for example, tiger eye is traditionally associated with confidence and focus. They are storytelling, not health or therapeutic claims.
